We are built on family, tradition, and bold Texas flavors. Inspired by cherished memories of creating salsa with my dad, Don Stroud, in the early 2000s, our flavors carry a story in every bite. What began as a salsa for family and friends quickly grew into a beloved Texas BBQ sauce with a kick, shared at food trucks, holiday meals, and now through our Meals of the Week and catering services. Our signature jalapeno, hand-drawn by my dad, stands as a symbol of everything Strouderosa represents: bold flavor, family pride, and a love for sharing great food.
